Shipping policy

AuqaLuna Labs ships products at the rate chosen by the customer (Economy, Standard, Express, etc.) with a 2-day order shipment guarantee. We ship directly from our warehouse in the USA to every state within the lower 48 states including Washington D.C. 

Any delay in shipping times will be due to the specific carrier as AquaLuna Labs upholds the within 2-day drop-off guarantee to the maximum standard. Customer agrees to input the correct address to where the customer would like to receive our item(s), and if there was an error in the address information, then the customer may cancel the order BEFORE the order leaves our warehouse. Shipments will NOT be allowed to cancel AFTER the order is fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. Once the tracking number is updated to say 'SHIPPED' there will be no refunds unless there is clear damage to the glass bottle upon arrival. If the product is damaged upon arrival (broken or cracked glass), then please contact us at: aqualunalabs@gmail.com with a picture of the damage and we will initiate the refund/exchange process. Since our packages are packaged with extreme care to prevent broken items, AquaLuna Labs reserves the right to deny refunds or exchanges for any reason.
